Radish red：

Radish red is a food additive extracted and refined from red radishes (Raphanus sativus L.). It dissolves in water and ethanol but not in non-polar solvents. It absorbs moisture and oxidizes easily , and the solution's hue changes with the PH of medium from 2.0 to 8.0, shifting from orange-red to pink to violet. Radish red aqueous solution is unstable in heat but stable under acidic conditions. The PH of the medium, metal ions, oxidants, and sunlight exposure are not stable, and sunlight can promote its degradation and fading.
